FAQ's
Planning your wedding flowers can feel like a big task, so I’ve put together some of the most common questions I get asked to help make things simple. From how early to order, to how the process works, you’ll find all the details here. If there’s anything else you’d like to know, just drop me a message — I’m always happy to chat!
1. How far in advance should I order my flowers?
I usually recommend placing your order at least 3–4 months before your wedding, but since faux flowers last forever, you can order as early as you like! Many brides book a year or more in advance to secure their date.
2. Do you require a deposit?
Yes - I require a 20% deposit (£50 minimum) to secure your date, and my current prices, with the remaining balance due up to 4 months before your wedding. Full payment is needed before I order your materials and begin creating your florals.
3. Can I see my flowers before you send them?
Absolutely! I’ll always send photos and videos during the design process so you can see your flowers come to life. You’re welcome to request small tweaks before everything is finalised — I want you to love every detail.
4. What are the benefits of faux flowers?
Faux flowers last forever, are allergy-friendly, and aren’t limited by season or colour — so you can have peonies in winter or blue roses if you wish! They also travel well and make a lasting keepsake after your wedding.
5. Do you post nationwide?
Yes! I carefully package and post orders across the UK using tracked delivery. You’ll receive updates every step of the way.
6. Do you offer set-up and styling at venues?
Yes — for larger décor orders, I can personally deliver and style your florals on the day of your wedding. Set-up fees depend on distance, time, and size of the order.
7. What materials do you use?
I use a mix of high-quality silk and real-touch artificial flowers to ensure a realistic, luxury finish. Each design is custom-made to match your colour palette and style.
8. What if I need to make changes or cancel my order?
Minor changes are fine during the creation process. Cancellations are accepted within 3 days of payment, as long as I haven’t started ordering materials. Since each piece is handmade, refunds can’t be offered once work begins unless there’s a problem.
9. How should I store my flowers before the wedding?
Keep them in a dry, covered place away from direct sunlight to prevent dust or fading — they’ll look perfect on your big day!
10. Can you match my colour scheme or inspiration photos?
Definitely! Send me your inspiration pictures or colour palette and I’ll do my best to bring your vision to life.
